In My Life - old

you know what the greatest challenge in the world is? ever. us. human beings. i got to thinking about it a lot during this weekend and some things are just tremendously unreasonable... inconcievable.

the same way i cannot conceive that a woman who gets shot in the face is now "perfectly" recoverred (happened in san paulo last year), it doesn't make sense that someone actually shot her in the face. i mean. why? why would someone do that?

why are human beings so idiotic to kill or wish to harm their own species?
the thing is, my friend (picture) is in a coma as you read me. last friday after hitting the club, he was on his way back home and a group of 4 approached and started beating him up. 4 x 1 is that at least brave for the matter?

his wallet with money and documents, as well as his mp3 player and his digital camera were untouched, but his head was totally smashed... wtf? saturday morning he went through a surgery in the head.

well, at least he's been blessed to have a "good" recovery, during the sunday evening visitors time he actually squeezed his sister's hand a wee bit.
are the agressors in jail? no, and the odds of that are low since he was alone. when he wakes up, if he remembers them, it's still a long way to getting anywhere at all. specially here in brazil.

i know you can't see much of him in the picture, but i thought those were nice colors to picture him now. i promise i will post his regular picture when he wakes up :)
