Homesick

yesterday i felt terribly homesick. but maybe it wasn't so bad, i don't know if i can really call it "home"... i started missing my life in malmö so terribly that it ached. weird huh? i even put up a winamp playlist called "saknar sverige"(missing sweden) and, among others, it included:
- the ark
- johnny cash
- frank sinatra
- social distortion
- dolly daggers
- gyllene tider
- hanoi rocks
and obviously,
- bruce springsteen with "born to run".
that got me thinking... do i really miss the place, or my life, or do i just miss people? either way, it hurts me sometimes, but if i just miss people, than that's fucked up. why, you wonder? well, because i am willing to let go of anything to go back. that's how bad i miss sweden. :~

I'm a firm believer in following one's heart. Do what you feel and not what makes most sense. Sure we make mistakes when following our hearts - but at least we make mistakes for the right reasons!
